The impact of attending the Pioneer organization events on the attitude to tourist activities

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out by means of a questionnaire survey if the attending of the Pioneer organization events has had some positive impact on the attitude to touring. The first part of the thesis is focused on the explanation of the main terms, description of the history and activities of the Pioneer organization and events which this organization arranges including a brief description of other children and youth organizations engaged in some form of tourist activities. The second part of the thesis introduces the evaluation of the questionnaire survey and the summary of the discovered results.

Enterprise in Tourism Branch Focused on the Segment of Children and Youth

The main objectives this thesis was primarily assessment of the services level, which are provided by Travel agency Topinka in their own recreation centers by analysis and comparison these centers by predetermined criteria. The others objectives were to determine requirements and needs of customers using a questionnaire investigation and the current trends. On basis of these analyzes propose steps, which will lead to improve position of this company on the tourism market. These proposes are facultative program and two packages of services (combination of transport, accomodation, catering and additional services). The others are modernization recreation centers as innovation sports facilities and reconstruction and modernization areas too.

Bachelor´s thesis deals with the travel of children and youth, as a selected segment of tourism in the micro Neveklovsko Association of Municipalities. On the basis of controlled conversation, questionnaire survey,self-observation and secondary datas were micro-region reviewed as an area with high potential for tourism, but with lack of network servies offered by tourism. At the end of the bachelor´s thesis there are made proposals, which could be achieved by improving the service offered whithin the study area.
